Gnocchi with roasted peppers and Polish smoked sausage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bags of gnocchi (500 g each) (refrigerated section)
  • 1 bag of roasted peppers, approx. 200 g
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 300 g sausage (Podawelska, Polish smoked sausage), alternatively another mild smoked sausage
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bottle of Cremefine for cooking
  • 200 g shepherd’s cheese
  • Salt and pepper, smoked
  • garlic powder
  • Herbs of Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Fry the onions, finely chopped Podawelska cheese, roasted peppers, and gnocchi in a pan until crispy. Halve the cherry tomatoes and braise briefly. Deglaze with the cooking cream and season with spices. Dice the feta cheese and melt briefly.
