Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 zucchini
- 4 carrots
- 1 eggplant(s)
- 2 bell peppers
- oregano
- salt and pepper
- n. B. garlic clove(s)
- rosemary
- basil
- olive oil
- 600 g gnocchi, from the refrigerated section
- Butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
very simple and vegetarian
Chop the vegetables into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Chop the herbs, press the garlic, add them, and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle everything with olive oil and mix. Spread on a baking sheet and bake on the top rack at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 15 minutes, then grill briefly again. Meanwhile, brown the gnocchi in a little butter.
