Goat cheese spread

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of Bulgarian goat cheese (200 g)
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp basil, dried
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 package of cream cheese (200 g)
  • 6 tomatoes, dried in oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Crumble the goat cheese and place it in a blender. Depending on your blender, finely dice the onion and add it. Crush the garlic and finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend well. Depending on your desired consistency, add a little more tomato oil. Serve with fresh bread. It also works with feta, but it’s even better with Bulgarian goat cheese. The cream also tastes great as a dip for barbecues or raclette.
