- 1 apple
- 2 oranges
- 1 lime(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 200 ml mineral water
- n. B. mint leaves

Quarter the apple and remove the core. No need to peel. Peel the oranges, lime, and banana and cut into smaller pieces. Then add everything to the blender, a little at a time. Finally, add the water until the desired consistency is reached. I always use mineral water. This way, you can easily dilute the smoothie if needed. Tip: If you like, you can refine the recipe with a sprig of mint. This will give the smoothie an even fresher taste.
