Ingredients for 2 servings:
- Goose offal (heart, kidney, liver, stomach)
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 dashes lemon(s)
- 1 tbsp parsley
- wine, white
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 tsp butter
- some oil (olive oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thoroughly clean and shred the goose giblets. Mix with pepper, salt, chopped onion, and flour. Melt butter with a little olive oil in a pan and brown the giblet mixture thoroughly. Deglaze with the white wine and cream and season again with pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Sprinkle the parsley over the meat and bring to a boil briefly.
