Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100g Gorgonzola
- 150 g yogurt (skimmed milk yogurt)
- 2 tbsp sherry, dry
- 2 tbsp chives, in rolls
- pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Remove the rind from the Gorgonzola, purée it with the yogurt and sherry. Stir in the chives and season with pepper.
