Gorgonzola spread with pears

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 pear(s), soft
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mash the Gorgonzola with a fork, mix with the cream cheese and yogurt. Finely slice the pears, stir them into the Gorgonzola mixture along with the lemon juice and walnuts. Season with salt and cayenne pepper, arrange on a plate, and garnish with the pear slices.
