Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g Camembert(s), in large cubes
- 100 g cheese (Limburger), in large cubes
- 100 g butter, soft
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds, whole
- 50 ml beer, light (not pilsner!)
- e.g. salt and pepper
- possibly onion(s)
- possibly chives
- possibly paprika powder

All ingredients should be at room temperature. Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add only about half of the caraway seeds, then mix in the rest later. Tip: If you prefer a less finely diced onion, add it at the end and leave it alone. To serve, top the Obazdn with onion rings and sprinkle with chives and/or paprika. Serve with pretzels, black bread, and a beer. A 1/2-pound serving contains approximately 471 kcal.
