Goulash from Hungary

- 500 g Pork goulash
- 250 g Onions
- 500 g Tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 125 g Ham cubes
- 100 ml. Red wine
- 1 Tbsp. Caraway seed
- 2 Bay leaves
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Tbsp. Hot paprika powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili powder
- Thyme
- Creme fraiche Cheese
- Sear the goulash in a saucepan,
- Peel the onions and garlic and add to the goulash with the ham.
- Boil the tomatoes, remove the skin, dice and also add to the goulash, fry everything again vigorously and deglaze with the red wine.
- Now add all the spices, close the lid and let everything simmer for about 60 minutes.
- Serve the goulash with a dollop of creme fraiche.
- Serves with sauerkraut and boiled potatoes.
