Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g pork goulash
- 3 carrots
- 2 onions
- 400 ml beef stock
- 250 ml red wine
- 1 piece(s) butter
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Brown the goulash. Roughly chop the carrots, peel the onions, and slice them into large rings. Place everything in an Ultra Pro 3.5-liter casserole dish (or a roasting pan or similar). Add the meat. Reduce the red wine, then stir in the butter until smooth. Add the beef stock and 400 ml water, bring to a boil, and thicken with a gravy thickener or gravy. Cover and cook in the oven at 175°C for one hour. Serve with bread dumplings.
