Goulash Made from Leberkäse …..

The perfect goulash made from leberkäse ….. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Discs Meatloaf
  • 4 medium sized Onions
  • Some oil for frying
  • 1 Can Chamignons
  • Some vegetable broth
  • Spices to taste, pepper, garlic to sprinkle, and ground ginger
  • Water, just under half a liter.
  1. Cut the meat loaf into pieces and fry in oil. Peel the onions, cut into half ringlets and add to the meat loaf, fry with them. Drain the mushrooms and add them to the onions and meat loaf. Fry everything together well. Add water, depending on how much sauce you want, and add vegetable broth to taste. Season to taste with the spices. I mixed in some classic roux so that it wasn’t too runny. I had mashed potatoes with it. Everyone can cook as they like. Enjoy your meal !
