Leberkäse Goulash

The perfect leberkäse goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Discs Meatloaf
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 a cup Sour cream
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Herbs of Provence
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  1. Cut the liver cheese into cubes. Peel and finely dice the onions. Halve, core, rinse and dice the paprika. Clean, peel and also dice the cucumber. Drain the corn.
  1. Heat some rapeseed oil in a large pan and fry the meat loaf in it all around. Add onion, pepper and cucumber cubes and sauté. Add tomato paste and toast a little. Add corn and vegetable stock and simmer everything for about 10 minutes over low heat. Stir in the sour cream and season the goulash with a little salt, pepper and herbs from Provence.
