Leberkäse Goulash
The perfect leberkäse goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Discs Meatloaf
- 2 Onions
- 2 Red peppers
- 0,5 Cucumber
- 1 Can Corn
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Herbs of Provence
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Cut the liver cheese into cubes. Peel and finely dice the onions. Halve, core, rinse and dice the paprika. Clean, peel and also dice the cucumber. Drain the corn.
- Heat some rapeseed oil in a large pan and fry the meat loaf in it all around. Add onion, pepper and cucumber cubes and sauté. Add tomato paste and toast a little. Add corn and vegetable stock and simmer everything for about 10 minutes over low heat. Stir in the sour cream and season the goulash with a little salt, pepper and herbs from Provence.
