Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g celery
- 1 bowl of bouillon, pure (ready-made product)
- 1 cup sour cream (10%)
- 2 eggs, XL
- 100 g cheese, grated Emmental
- 1 dashes lemon juice

Clean and wash the celery, and remove the stalks from the stem. Trim the light green leaves and finely chop the crispest ones. Cook the stalks in vegetable stock for 15 minutes, drain well, and place in a baking dish, drizzle with lemon juice. Whisk together the cream, grated cheese, and eggs, and add the chopped celery leaves. Pour over the celery. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Tip: Using the stock on its own, you don’t need to add salt or pepper!
