Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg jacket potatoes
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 roll
- 400 g cauliflower
- 2 tbsp cream cheese spread
- ½ liter cream
- 40 g butter
- 40 g flour
- Salt
- pepper
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Oven dish
Boil and peel the jacket potatoes. Knead the minced meat, salt, and pepper with the bread roll and egg, fry until crumbly, and place in a buttered casserole dish. Layer the cauliflower and add the sliced potatoes. Make a roux with the butter and flour. Deglaze with the cream and stir in the cream cheese spread, season to taste, and pour over the potatoes. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
