Gourmet Fillet with Fried Vegetable Rice

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pack Gourmet Filet frozen à la Bordelaise 380 g
  • 100 g Cooked, yellow basmati rice yesterday's rest
  • 150 g 1 Yellow pepper
  • 150 g 1 leek
  • 100 g 2 Onions
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 Discs Lemon
  • 2 ½ vine tomato

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Schlemmer fillet in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 35 minutes according to the instructions on the package. Take out and cut in half. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into small cubes. Clean and wash the leek, cut lengthways into strips and cut them finely. Peel and dice the onions. Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a pan, add the vegetables (diced paprika, sliced ​​leek and diced onion) and sauté / stir fry for about 5 - 6 minutes. Season with sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp), oyster sauce (1 tbsp), sweet chi-lis sauce (1 tbsp) and coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches). Add the cooked rice and stir-fry / stir-fry for a few minutes. Divide the halves of the gourmet fillet on 2 plates, add the fried vegetable rice and garnish each with a lemon wedge and half a tomato, serve.
