Quick Little Tomato Salad with Burrata

The perfect quick little tomato salad with burrata recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Handful Small tomatoes color orangeO
  • 1 Handful Small red tomatoes
  • 1 small Spring onion with the leek
  • 2 Tablespoon Good olive oil
  • Sea-Salt
  • Telly cherry pepper
  • Freshly chopped chives
  • 1 stem Fresh thyme
  1. Wash the small tomatoes, put them in quarters in a large plate, sprinkle with the <sea salt, so they can pull juice and you don't need vinegar. Then I cut the spring onion into small pieces and cut the green (hoses) into rings and put them in. The chives, cut into rolls, go great with it. Mix everything, yes and then this lovely soft creamy burrata comes in the middle.
