Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 75 g lean ham cubes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 can/n baguette rolls (refrigerated counter)
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • Salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Baguette rolls with leek and ham

Preheat oven to 200°C top/bottom heat (175°C fan/gas mark 3). Brown the ham in hot oil. Trim, wash, and finely chop the spring onions and fry briefly. Allow to cool slightly. Place baking paper on the baking tray. Remove the dough from the tin and spread it out flat. Cut into 4 rectangles along the seams and halve. Roll out each piece of dough to about 15 cm lengths. Fold the crème fraîche into the leek mixture and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture among the dough pieces. Bake in the hot oven for about 12-14 minutes.
