Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 375 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ bottle flavoring (arrack)
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 125 g almond(s), ground
- Jam of your choice
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Knead all the dough ingredients together. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out round cookies. Cut a hole in the center of half of the cookies. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes. Every oven is different, so it’s best to stay with them and remove them when they’re a nice golden brown. Let them cool and spread jam on the cookies without a hole. Stick a cookie with a hole on each one. Dust with powdered sugar. Children especially love these cookies.
