Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Flour
  • 50 g Powdered sugar
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Let the butter soften in a warm place
  • Put the flour, sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, pinch of salt in a bowl and add the softened butter.
  • Knead everything into a nice dough.
  • If the dough is still very sticky, add a little more flour. Until the dough comes off the bowl and can be kneaded well.
  • Now you can chill the dough for another half an hour ~ but you don't have to !!!!
  • Sprinkle the work surface with flour and off you go! Roll out ..., cut out ..., off to the tin! Roll out the dough to about 7mm thick
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat. Circulating air 160 ° C. Bake for about 15 minutes. Please always watch.
