Grandma’s Butter Cookies

  • 300 g Flour
  • 50 g Powdered sugar
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Soft butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Let the butter soften in a warm place
  1. Put the flour, sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, pinch of salt in a bowl and add the softened butter.
  1. Knead everything into a nice dough.
  1. If the dough is still very sticky, add a little more flour. Until the dough comes off the bowl and can be kneaded well.
  1. Now you can chill the dough for another half an hour ~ but you don’t have to !!!!
  1. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and off you go! Roll out …, cut out …, off to the tin! Roll out the dough to about 7mm thick
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat. Circulating air 160 ° C. Bake for about 15 minutes. Please always watch.
