Grandma’s Butter Cookies

- 300 g Flour
- 50 g Powdered sugar
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 200 g Soft butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- Let the butter soften in a warm place
- Put the flour, sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, pinch of salt in a bowl and add the softened butter.
- Knead everything into a nice dough.
- If the dough is still very sticky, add a little more flour. Until the dough comes off the bowl and can be kneaded well.
- Now you can chill the dough for another half an hour ~ but you don’t have to !!!!
- Sprinkle the work surface with flour and off you go! Roll out …, cut out …, off to the tin! Roll out the dough to about 7mm thick
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat. Circulating air 160 ° C. Bake for about 15 minutes. Please always watch.
