Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp rum
- 125 g butter or margarine, soft
- 125 g desiccated coconut
- 125 g oat flakes, flower-soft
- Cake icing (chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Combine the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, rum, and butter or margarine. Add the flour and baking powder. Knead for 3 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Stir in the desiccated coconut and oats. Place the dough in small heaps on prepared baking sheets. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 10-15 minutes. Let the coconut cookies cool and decorate with melted chocolate icing, if desired.
