Grandma’s Semolina
The perfect grandma’s semolina recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 liter Milk
- 200 g Semolina
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Protein
- 2 Egg yolk
- Heat the milk, stir in the semolina, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Turn off heat supply.
- To refine, add the egg yolks and stir in, beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the semolina.
- Do not heat the semolina any more!
- Serve with fresh apple compote. Good Appetite!
