Grandma’s Semolina

The perfect grandma’s semolina recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 liter Milk
  • 200 g Semolina
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Protein
  • 2 Egg yolk
  1. Heat the milk, stir in the semolina, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
  2. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Turn off heat supply.
  3. To refine, add the egg yolks and stir in, beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the semolina.
  4. Do not heat the semolina any more!
  5. Serve with fresh apple compote. Good Appetite!
