Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 liters of water
- 5 tbsp durum wheat semolina
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp soup seasoning
- 1 pinch of salt
- n. B. Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the water and salt in a pot and bring to a boil. Then add the soup seasoning and semolina. Bring to a boil until the soup thickens. Whisk the egg in a cup and add it to the soup, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil again, stirring continuously, until the soup is ready to serve after about 10 minutes. Serve the soup. If desired, add Maggi seasoning to taste.
