Grandmother’s Chocolate Pudding

The perfect grandmother’s chocolate pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 l Milk
  • 3 tbsp Food starch
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Xyilitol
  1. Remove approx. 200 ml of the cold milk and stir with the cornstarch
  2. Bring the rest of the milk with the cocoa powder and xyilitol to the boil and simmer for a few minutes over low heat. Stir well with the whisk
  3. Stir in the cold milk-starch mixture and bring to the boil again. Immediately transfer to a bowl that has been rinsed cold
