Grandmother’s Chocolate Pudding
The perfect grandmother’s chocolate pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 l Milk
- 3 tbsp Food starch
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Xyilitol
- Remove approx. 200 ml of the cold milk and stir with the cornstarch
- Bring the rest of the milk with the cocoa powder and xyilitol to the boil and simmer for a few minutes over low heat. Stir well with the whisk
- Stir in the cold milk-starch mixture and bring to the boil again. Immediately transfer to a bowl that has been rinsed cold
