Grandpa Karl's potato dumplings

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g potato dumplings
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow or orange
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 tbsp marjoram
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 16 minutes; Total time approx. 36 minutes

simple, quick and delicious

Wash the vegetables and cut into pieces slightly smaller than the potato dumplings. Heat enough rapeseed oil in a large pan over about 2/3 heat, enough to cover the entire bottom of the pan. Add the vegetables and sauté for about 8 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add the potato dumplings and sauté for about 8 more minutes. Stir occasionally. Season with marjoram, salt, and pepper and serve.
