Broccoli and tomato spaghetti

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 250g spaghetti
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • some cornstarch, if necessary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

light and delicious

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente and drain. Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets and sauté in a little oil in a pot. Then add a little water and cook the broccoli with the lid on for about 10 minutes until al dente. Finely dice the onion and garlic and add to the broccoli. Stir in the sour cream and mix in the halved cherry tomatoes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. If desired, you can thicken the sauce slightly with cornstarch. Add the spaghetti to the sauce and mix well.
