Grape Cheesecake without Baking

- 280 g Shortbread
- 0,25 g Liquid butter
- 680 g Cream cheese
- 0,5 Cup Sour cream
- 20 g Gelatin
- 1 Cup Grape jam
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Cup Condensed milk
- 1 Cup Cream
- Puree the butter biscuits in a blender. Pour liquid butter over it and mix well.
- Put the cookie dough in a springform pan and press firmly.
- Whisk the cream cheese, sour cream, gelatine, grape jam, vanilla extract and condensed milk together.
- Whip the cream and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese and cream mixture on the cake base and refrigerate overnight.
