Grape Cheesecake without Baking

The perfect grape cheesecake without baking recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 280 g Shortbread
  • 0,25 g Liquid butter
  • 680 g Cream cheese
  • 0,5 Cup Sour cream
  • 20 g Gelatin
  • 1 Cup Grape jam
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup Condensed milk
  • 1 Cup Cream
  1. Puree the butter biscuits in a blender. Pour liquid butter over it and mix well.
  2. Put the cookie dough in a springform pan and press firmly.
  3. Whisk the cream cheese, sour cream, gelatine, grape jam, vanilla extract and condensed milk together.
  4. Whip the cream and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cream cheese and cream mixture on the cake base and refrigerate overnight.
