Grape Latte

The perfect grape latte recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Ricotta double cream setting
  • 200 g Grapes
  • 7 Coriander leaves
  • Alternatively, 2 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Flowerhoney
  • 200 Milliliters Sparkling wine
  1. Puree the ricotta with the sparkling wine, honey and coriander leaves. Put in two glasses. Puree the grapes and pour over the pureed ricotta.
