Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g potato(s), cut into wedges (country potatoes), frozen
  • 10 small tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 250 g yogurt (cream yogurt)
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Oil for the tray

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brush a baking sheet with oil and arrange the potato wedges on it, still unthawed. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for a total of about 20 minutes. Wash and halve the tomatoes, and crumble the feta. For the dip, mix 100g of feta with the yogurt and season with salt and pepper. After 10 minutes of baking, turn the potato wedges over once, then arrange the tomatoes and feta on top. Sprinkle with oregano, drizzle with oil, and season with pepper. After another 10 minutes of baking, serve with the dip.
