  • 1 kg pork fillet(s), shredded
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 1 tbsp sambal oelek
  • 160 ml soy sauce, sweet (Ketjap Manis)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Mix the chopped onions and crushed garlic cloves with the sambal oelek and ketjap manis, then thoroughly coat the shredded pork in the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. The next day, sear the meat in batches over high heat. Finally, return everything to the frying pan, cover, and let it simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
