Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- some salt
- some pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Drizzle a little olive oil into the center of a small baking dish. Place the feta cheese in the dish and sprinkle with paprika. Sprinkle with freshly chopped rosemary and stud the feta cheese with the garlic cloves. Season with salt and garnish with a few drizzles of olive oil. Bake the feta cheese in the oven at 150°C for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper before serving.
