  • 10 Egg yolk
  • 50 g Chopped pistachios
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 20 g Almond syrup
  • 400 g Fresh strawberries
  • 75 g Butter
  1. Beat the egg yolks and 50 g sugar in a hot water bath. While beating add the almond syrup and then beat again until cold. Then put the strawberries in a small baking dish and mix with the rest of the sugar and butter. Gratin the whole thing in the oven at 200 degrees and then garnish with pistachio nuts.
