Ingredients
- 10 Egg yolk
- 50 g Chopped pistachios
- 70 g Sugar
- 20 g Almond syrup
- 400 g Fresh strawberries
- 75 g Butter
Instructions
- Beat the egg yolks and 50 g sugar in a hot water bath. While beating add the almond syrup and then beat again until cold. Then put the strawberries in a small baking dish and mix with the rest of the sugar and butter. Gratin the whole thing in the oven at 200 degrees and then garnish with pistachio nuts.
