Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g zucchini
- 4 spring onions or
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 m.-sized potato(s)
- 80 g sheep’s cheese, hard or soft
- 200 g cream
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs or pine nuts
- Salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220°C (fan oven 200°C, gas mark 4-5). Wash and trim the zucchini, grate it into fine sticks, and place it in a shallow baking dish. Wash and trim the spring onions or leek, and cut it into fine strips. Peel and wash the potatoes and grate them onto the zucchini. Mix the onions, potatoes, and zucchini and season with salt. Grate or finely dice the cheese and mix in. Pour the cream over the cheese. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs or pine nuts. Place the dish on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. A sophisticated side dish that requires little work and goes well with meat, fish, or poultry dishes.
