Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 350 g flour
- 150 g raisins
- 75 g coconut flakes
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
First, preheat the oven to 150°C fan/convection oven. Make a batter from the ingredients. To do this, mix the ingredients in any order in a mixing bowl using a dough hook. Line two baking sheets with baking paper and place small heaps of batter onto the baking sheets using two teaspoons. Bake the raisin pastry at 150°C fan/convection oven for about 20 minutes.
