Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 7 drops of vanilla flavor
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 52 minutes
Combine all ingredients and knead, preferably by hand, on a table. Cover the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight. Roll out the dough thinly (approx. 3-4 mm) and cut out shapes as desired, or pass them through a meat grinder with the appropriate attachment. Place the cookies on a prepared baking sheet. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) until golden brown. They’ll be perfect after about 10-12 minutes.
