Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 3 small pointed peppers, red or yellow
  • 4 Pepper
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp sautéed oregano
  • 1 tsp, sautéed basil
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 50 g cheese, grated

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Quarter the tomatoes, slice the bell peppers, chili peppers, and onions. Place everything in a baking dish. Add olive oil, basil, and crumbled feta cheese. Mix well and season. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano. Bake at 180°C until golden brown. If desired, add garlic. Adjust the chili peppers according to your desired spiciness.
