Greek Layered Food
The perfect greek layered food recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 10 piece Figs dried
- 150 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 Tl Chopped pistachios
- 100 g Fresh raspberries
- 500 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 2 tbsp Honey liquid
- Dice the figs, bring to the boil in a saucepan with the orange juice and simmer on a mild heat for 2-5 minutes. Purée finely with the blender, fill into 4 small glasses and let cool down lukewarm.
- Stir the yoghurt until smooth and pour onto the fig sauce. Sort the raspberries and spread over the yoghurt, drizzle with the honey. Serve sprinkled with the pistachios.
