Greek Layered Food

The perfect greek layered food recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 10 piece Figs dried
  • 150 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 Tl Chopped pistachios
  • 100 g Fresh raspberries
  • 500 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 2 tbsp Honey liquid
  1. Dice the figs, bring to the boil in a saucepan with the orange juice and simmer on a mild heat for 2-5 minutes. Purée finely with the blender, fill into 4 small glasses and let cool down lukewarm.
  2. Stir the yoghurt until smooth and pour onto the fig sauce. Sort the raspberries and spread over the yoghurt, drizzle with the honey. Serve sprinkled with the pistachios.
