Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 bell peppers
- 200 g feta cheese
- 600 g crème fraîche
- 2 tsp herbs de Provence
- salt and pepper
- olive oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Clean the mushrooms and slice them into strips. Wash the bell peppers and cut them into small pieces. Heat a pan with oil and brown the minced meat. Add the Provençal herbs and the bell pepper pieces and fry briefly. Mix in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. Transfer everything to a deep casserole dish and arrange the mushrooms on top. Dice the feta and sprinkle over the mushrooms. Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 160°C (fan oven). Serve with fries!
