Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 100 g tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 210 g flour
- 40 g oat flakes
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 egg(s)
- ¼ liter of milk
- 1 tsp, leveled paprika powder
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 120 g quark
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp, sautéed dill
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
savory muffins with tomatoes and feta cheese
Dice the feta cheese and tomatoes, grate 2 cloves of garlic, and place everything in a bowl. Add the flour, baking powder, paprika, pepper, egg, milk, and oats. Mix everything together. Grease the muffin tin and fill with the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Remove from the tin and let cool. For the topping, mix the quark, sour cream, and sour cream with the dill tips, pepper, and salt. Grate the last clove of garlic and stir in. Fill a nozzle and pipe onto the muffins. Wash and slice the bell peppers, and place them next to the muffins as decoration.
