Greek Pointed Pepper

  • 4 Red pointed peppers
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Egg
  • 75 g Feta
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper from the grinder
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 0,5 tsp Cumin
  1. Cut a lid off each of the peppers. Core the pods. Wash the pods and lids well.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, dice finely. Knead the mince, egg, onion, garlic, tomato paste, crumbled feta, bell pepper, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Pour the mince into the peppers and place in a greased baking dish. Place the pepper lids on the filled pods. Bake in the hot oven for about 40-45 minutes, turning once.
