Greek Pointed Pepper

- 4 Red pointed peppers
- 250 g Ground beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Egg
- 75 g Feta
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper from the grinder
- 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 0,5 tsp Cumin
- Cut a lid off each of the peppers. Core the pods. Wash the pods and lids well.
- Peel the onion and garlic, dice finely. Knead the mince, egg, onion, garlic, tomato paste, crumbled feta, bell pepper, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Pour the mince into the peppers and place in a greased baking dish. Place the pepper lids on the filled pods. Bake in the hot oven for about 40-45 minutes, turning once.
