Chocolate Habanero Mint Pesto
The perfect chocolate habanero mint pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 70 g Mint fresh
- 30 g Lemon balm fresh
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Pine nuts
- 5 Pc. Chocolate Habaneros
- 300 ml Sunflower oil
- 4 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Wash the mint and lemon balm well and drain. Also wash the Chocolate Habaneros well and remove the stem. Put all ingredients in a bowl and chop up with the puree stick until the whole thing has a pulpy consistency. Fill into clean jars, close and store in the refrigerator.
