Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g noodles (rice noodles)
  • salt water
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 packs of ready-made salad dressing mix (dill)
  • 200 g mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Cook the rice noodles in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel and grate the cucumbers and press the garlic through a garlic press. Strain the cooked noodles and place them in a bowl. Squeeze some of the juice from the cucumbers and add it to the noodles. Combine the prepared mixture with the mayonnaise and garlic, stir into the salad, and mix well. You can add more or less mayonnaise to your liking.
