Summer smoothie with mango, orange and banana

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • ½ apple
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 250 ml water, possibly more or less

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Dissolve the honey in a little water. Chop the fruit, add it to the blender along with the honey and a little water, and blend for 1-2 minutes at full power (depending on your blender). Add water until the desired consistency is reached. Depending on your taste, you can substitute orange or mango juice instead of water – it will taste even more fruity!
