Greek salad with olives

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 large onion(s), red
  • 2 bags of ready-made salad dressing mix (salad topping)
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g feta cheese or real goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp olives, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and finely chop the lettuce, wash it, and spin it thoroughly. Clean the tomatoes and remove the stems, then cut it into wedges. Peel the cucumber, quarter it lengthwise, and cut it into small pieces. Peel the onion and slice it thinly. Dice the feta cheese. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix the two sachets of salad dressing and the oil well and whisk until fluffy. Pour the dressing over the salad and fold in. Finally, scatter the olives over the salad. Serve with fresh baguette.
