Green and Blue Soda

The perfect green and blue soda recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Tart apples, each size 2-4
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Woodruff syrup
  • 3 tablespoon Alcohol-Free curacao syrup
  • 1 liter Sparkling water
  1. Wash, core and finely dice apples. Wash lemon with hot water. Peel the peel thinly with a peeler. Squeeze the lemon.
  2. Let 100-200 ml water with sugar, lemon zest, juice and apple pieces boil for a few minutes. Pour the syrup through a sieve, squeeze out the apple pieces and let cool.
  3. Divide the apple syrup into 2 bottles of the same size. Mix half with woodruff syrup, the other half with Curacao. To serve, top up with mineral water and refrigerate.
