Breakfast: Turmeric and Honey Granola
The perfect breakfast: turmeric and honey granola recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Also:
- 60 g Almonds
- 15 g Sesame
- 120 g Coarse oatmeal
- 60 g Unsweetened applesauce
- 0,5 tsp Ground ginger
- 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
- 0,5 tsp Ground turmeric
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Melt coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- Chop the almonds and pumpkin seeds and mix with all the other ingredients to form a sticky mass. Place everything on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 165 degrees fan-assisted for about 20 minutes. Stir well once halfway through.
- Remove the tray and stir in the raisins. That’s why I only add them at the end so that they don’t burn. Let the granola cool down well before consuming.
- Stored in an airtight container, the granola has a longer shelf life. It tastes good straight or with milk and yoghurt. It is also suitable as a topping for bowls.
