Green asparagus, fried

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g asparagus, green
  • some butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Sea salt, coarse
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim the dry, lower ends of the asparagus. Cut the asparagus into approximately 3-4 cm long pieces and fry in butter with a little sea salt for about 4 minutes. Then sprinkle the sugar over the asparagus, toss once, and add the balsamic vinegar. Let everything simmer for another 1 minute.
