- 250 g asparagus, green
- 30 g pine nuts
- 50 g Parmesan
- ½ bunch chervil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 75 ml olive oil
- some sea salt, coarse
- some pepper, black

Cook the asparagus and let it cool. Roast the pine nuts without fat and grate the Parmesan cheese. Puree everything with the chervil and garlic cloves, oil, and coarse sea salt. Season with black pepper and transfer to a sterile jar.
