Cucumber and shrimp bites

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • n. B. shrimp(s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with garlic sauce

Wash the cucumber and cut into slices approximately 2-2.5 cm thick. Then, using a cucumber baller, cut a half-sphere out of the center of each cucumber piece. Briefly fry one shrimp on each side for each cucumber piece and season with salt. While the shrimp are cooling, puree the crème fraîche with the finely chopped garlic and season with salt. Finally, fill each cucumber piece with garlic sauce and place a shrimp around the edge.
