Ingredients
- 500 g Asparagus spears green
- 125 g Cream cheese with herbs
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 Spring onion
- 2 Discs Liver
- Milk
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Soak the liver in milk overnight.
- Generously cut off the ends of the asparagus and cook until soft.
- Flour the liver slices, then season them through the egg and finally toss them in white flour. Then bake crispy.
- Mix the cream cheese and milk, cut the spring onion into rings and mix everything together
- Arrange the asparagus on a plate with a dollop of herbal cream cheese and the fried liver
