Green Asparagus with Herbal Cream Cheese and Breaded Liver

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Asparagus spears green
  • 125 g Cream cheese with herbs
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 2 Discs Liver
  • Milk
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • Breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Soak the liver in milk overnight.
  • Generously cut off the ends of the asparagus and cook until soft.
  • Flour the liver slices, then season them through the egg and finally toss them in white flour. Then bake crispy.
  • Mix the cream cheese and milk, cut the spring onion into rings and mix everything together
  • Arrange the asparagus on a plate with a dollop of herbal cream cheese and the fried liver
