Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 gr. can/n beans (green beans, 800g gross)
- 200 g sour cream (24% fat)
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
- 2 ½ tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 ½ tbsp sugar
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill
- garlic powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Combine the sour cream with the onion, vinegar, oil, and sugar. Season generously with pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Stir in the drained beans. Let it sit in the refrigerator until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
